Adam started his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2010 after a successful career in commercial construction management. His decision to change careers from construction management to financial planning was based on the opportunity to make a significant impact in people’s lives.
Adam originally planned on being a teacher as he has always had a passion for helping people. Since starting his career with Northwestern Mutual, he has built a practice serving clients from many walks of life across the country. Adam is passionate about his work for his clients, summarized by three words: to always work hard, care about his clients and what is important to them, and serve them to the best of his ability.

Personal
Adam was born and raised in Southern California, where his father ran the family business, and his mother was a purchasing executive. Adam moved to the Saint Louis area in 2003. After a career in construction management, he started his financial planning practice in 2010.
Adam is married to Dayna who is a sign language interpreter and occupational therapist. They live in O’Fallon, Illinois, with their youngest daughter Sophia and 2 dogs, Finnegan and Sadie.
Adam also has an adult daughter, Janae, who is a social worker currently at Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois.
Adam and his family love to travel and are the adventurous types, visiting unique places all over the world.
Adam is passionate about all sports, an avid golfer and continues to play in a softball league.
Adam and Dayna love to be involved in their community supporting local organizations.

Stephen Sharpe

Steve started his professional career after graduation the Air Force Academy and entering the Air Force as a C-130 pilot, along with one assignment as an instructor pilot and completing his career at Scott AFB in the St Louis area.
After retirement from active duty, Steve spent a few years working as a government contractor in and around the area of Scott AFB. In 2015 he joined the Northwestern Mutual team and has built his practice working primarily with current and former military members.
Steve has qualified several times in his career for the Million Dollar Round Table and holds several securities registrations.

Personal
Steve was born in Detroit, Michigan where he grew up through graduation from high school. He then entered and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy. Steve moved to St Louis at the tail end of his military career and started his financial planning practice in 2015.
Steve has one daughter, Zoey, and he lives in St Louis, Missouri and enjoys playing golf, cooking, home improvement and traveling with family and friends. Steve is also a big college football fan, starting with his alma mater, the Air Force Falcons.

Brittany Kettler is a Marketing and Client Service Associate with Adam Tiberi and Steve Sharpe. Brittany has worked with Northwestern Mutual since 2018. She received a Bachelor of Music Business from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2012 where she was actively involved with many different orchestras, ensembles, and master classes.
Brittany’s primary responsibility is to maintain communication with clients, updates to life changes, schedule meetings, maintain social media outlets, and prospecting.
Brittany and her son, Hunter, enjoy spending time outdoors or with family and friends. She is a Certified Crossfit Trainer and spends most of her free time coaching and training. Brittany’s father is a Marine Corps veteran of 13 years as a supply officer. He represented our country during Desert Storm from 1980-1993. Brittany was born at Camp Lester in Okinawa, Japan while her father was serving in the Marine’s.

Jamie McKnight is the Investment and Insurance Operations Manager on our team. Jamie has worked at Northwestern Mutual since 2013 and was a client prior to joining the team.
Jamie’s primary responsibility is being our clients’ first point of contact for all service and operational needs. She works closely with our clients to ensure a seamless experience during the establishment of their financial plan and is a point of contact for all client needs and questions. She handles the processing of all aspects of our client’s financial plan.
Jamie and her husband, Nathan McKnight, reside at their small horse farm in middle Tennessee. Jamie has a background in horse training and instruction, she continues that work today. She is active with her local animal rescue and serves as a foster home for rescued dogs. Jamie’s husband not only shares a passion for animals but is also a veteran of the US Army and still proudly works with our military as a contractor.

Tim started working with Adam Tiberi in August 2021. Prior to that, he was a college mathematics professor for 30 years, teaching statistics, algebra, and calculus. A few months after he retired from teaching in December 2020, he suggested to Adam that he could use his skills in math and statistics to perform investment research. Since he started working at Northwestern Mutual he has earned a license in Life, Health, & Accident insurance and passed the General Securities Representative (Series 7) exam.
Additionally, he is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving four years on active duty and two years in the U.S. Army Reserve. In his spare time, he still teaches and tutors part-time, as well as play guitar and softball and juggle.
